For their first steps on skis, your little one, aged 3 and over, will meet our instructors and set off on an adventure with Piou Piou and his friends in an area specially designed for them!

With the Piou Piou Nordic Club, your child can discover Nordic skiing! A gentle and fun introduction to skiing, ideal for a first experience on the snow!

Kindergarten, Club Piou Piou and first ski lessons at the esf Les Menuires
Situated at an altitude of 1,850 metres, the Les Menuires ski resort – which holds the ‘Famille Plus’ accreditation – is ideal for families with children. For its part, the esf Les Menuires offers a programme of activities perfectly suited to little ones aged between 3 months and 5 years: a unique experience.

This includes, for example, the Club Piou Piou nursery (3 to 36 months) and ski lessons available from the age of 3. Whilst their children are being looked after, parents are free to enjoy the slopes of the 3 Valleys to their heart’s content!

The esf Les Menuires kindergarten: childcare from 3 months

To ensure a successful family holiday, little ones aged 3 to 36 months can make use of the esf Les Menuires kindergarten, open from 9.00 am to 5.00 pm. Open from Sunday to Friday, for half or full day sessions, this crèche offers:

  • Indoor activities (early learning workshops, story time, naps, creative activities, etc.),
  • Outdoor activities, away from the slopes (snow play, supervised outings, etc.).

Supervised by qualified childcare professionals, little ones aged 3 months and over can play in a safe environment. For older children (aged 30 months and over), it’s also an opportunity to take their first steps in cross-country skiing at the Club Piou Piou snow garden.

Club Piou Piou: the first ski course for children aged 3 and over in Les Menuires

As well as the esf Les Menuires kindergarten, ski lessons are also available for children aged 3 to 5 at the Club Piou Piou. Several options are now available:

  • Group ski lessons for children (3-year-olds): from 77 euros.
  • Group ski lessons for children (4 and 5 years old): from 52 euros.
  • Piou Piou course (ages 3 and 4): from 85 euros (skiing lessons, snow games and fun activities, exploring the mountain environment).

Professional supervision, supervised lunchtime care (optional meal), small groups, magic carpets… Your child will enjoy the best possible first skiing experience in a safe and fun environment. There’s also a medal ceremony planned at the end of their winter holiday!
