The esf Les Menuires offers adult ski lessons throughout the season, for beginners, intermediate and advanced skiers. Located in the heart of the 3 Valleys ski area, our ski school also offers other winter activities, such as snowboard lessons, cross-country skiing and biathlon lessons, as well as an alpine skiing competition course.

Group or private ski lessons for adults: which option should you choose?
Are you looking for private ski lessons or group lessons for adults? Either way, our ski school in Les Menuires offers all these options, from 52 euros.
As well as adult ski lessons, the esf also offers adult snowboard lessons, biathlon, off-piste skiing and much more. This is your chance to build on your existing experience or try something new in the 3 Valleys.
The competition course, meanwhile, is open to adults who have achieved from the Étoile d’Or or Class 3 (upper intermediate) level, as timed tests form a key part of the programme.
- Group ski lessons for adults: groups of similar ability, a friendly atmosphere, confidence building and group dynamic.
- Private adult ski lessons: a personalised experience, tailor-made learning and rapid progress, with maximum safety.

- Competition training course: from 490 euros for 6 days.
- Cross-country skiing or biathlon lessons (classic or skating style): from €52 in the afternoon.
