ideal for teenagers that want to do something different on skis or on a board!

The FREERIDE and FREESTYLE courses are designed for teenagers to experience new ways to use ski without having the pressure of practicing for competition. With courses in both ski and snowboard, Freeride and Freestyle  allows the individual to express themselves on skis or a board in a totally wicked way!

FREERIDE COURSE 
  • The programme includes: Mogul skiing, wild skiing, practice of skiing on steep slopes, jumping, turns and twists and boarder cross.
  • Levels required: Mastering Skiing off piste or 3rd Snow in Snowboard.

FREESTYLE COURSE  
  • The programme includes: Discovering skiing in the SnowPark and on the main slopes of the 3 Valleys 
  • Levels required: Gold Star in skiing and 3rd Snow in Snowboarding

PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT REQUIRED:
Ski :
Helmet and maybe back protectors
Snowboard : Helmet, wrist and knee protectors, dorsal and coccyx.
(For beginners, helmet and wrist protectors).

F.A.Q.
Do I have to have specific equipment?

The ESF provides security equipment (bag and DVA). Plan for powder skis, a helmet and the back or wrist protectors.
I have never skied off piste. Can I still do this course?
Yes, it is possible but you must at least
Gold Star or Class 3 levels.
Do I need special insurance?
Students are not insured by the ESF. We recommend Carré Neige Insurance.
