First of all, your teenagers can take advantage of the huge playground that is the Les Menuires ski resort to progress in their favourite board sports. Every season, the instructors at the esf les Menuires give high-quality ski and snowboard lessons to teenagers aged 13 and over.
These group lessons are adapted to each individual's level and are tailored to the needs of each sportsperson. These lessons are usually booked for half days (mornings or afternoons), so they allow teenagers to improve at their own pace, while enjoying a moment of fun and relaxation.

Team Rider: a ski course to discover freestyle skiing
If your teenagers tend to want to push themselves and take on new challenges, Team Rider is the programme for them! This freestyle ski course will allow them to discover a completely different way of riding in Les Menuires.
Under the guidance of their state-qualified esf instructor, your teenagers will enjoy learning new tricks (360°, cork, etc.), testing out the powder and challenging themselves in boardercross with the Team Rider, just like the freestyle professionals do.
It's also important to remember that safety remains a priority during these courses. The instructors keep a close eye on their students at all times, while some of the lessons given focus more specifically on knowledge of the mountain environment (safety rules, weather, etc.).

Accessible from the 3ᵉ Étoile up to the Étoile d'Or, young skiers meeting this condition are now invited to prepare for their next ski test with the esf les Menuires.
Over a total of 6 days, the competition course is a superb way to prepare, as it enables them to improve their skiing techniques thanks to a variety of fun exercises: slalom, timed test, etc.
Your teenagers will be able to measure themselves against each other, but also against other pupils their own age, in a setting designed for competition. It's a great way to make progress, have fun and go home with a new collector's medal !
