Discover skiing, snowboarding and freeride: a unique experience for all levels

The Les Menuires Ski School offers teenagers aged 13 to 18 a wide range of ski and snowboard lessons and courses. Whatever their level or experience on the snow, there’s plenty on offer to help them make the most of their stay in the mountains.

Our esf instructors are on hand to help them learn or improve their skills through group or private ski and snowboard lessons. They can also discover a different side of snow sports with the Team Rider course, ideal for exploring freeride, freestyle and freeskiing!

Teens & young adults: take on new mountain challenges

For a thrilling experience combining skiing with rifle shooting, biathlon is the perfect activity for teenagers. It’s a chance to enjoy a unique experience that will allow them to have fun whilst pushing themselves to new heights.

What’s more, those who love a challenge can push their limits with the competitive skiing course. During this teen ski course, young skiers will be guided through their preparation for the test corresponding to their level (Étoile de Bronze, Étoile d'Argent, Étoile d'Or, etc.) and will have the chance to earn their next skiing medal.
