Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need a ski pass to attend the lessons?
Yes, a ski pass is required to access the resort's ski lifts and therefore to take part in the lessons. For more information, please see our dedicated 'How to choose a ski pass'.
Where can I buy my licence?
  • New: licences can now be purchased directly on https://monespace.ffs.fr
  • Registrations will only be confirmed once the licence has been taken out, where it is required.
Which licence should I choose for my seasonal course?
The FFS Leisure Medium licence (FFS Loisir Medium) is recommended for :
  • Mini-kids 
  • Kids 
The FFS Competitor licence (FFS Compétiteur) is compulsory, with Medium cover recommended for
  • Mini-Riders 
  • Riders 
  • Racing Montagne U10/12 
  • Racing Montagne U14/16
  • Mountain professions preparation courses

The FFS Leisure Medium licence (FFS Loisir Medium) is recommended, or proof of insurance must be provided for : 
  • Half-day leisure lessons
  • Full-day leisure lessons
  • Freeski full-day lessons
My child doesn't meet the Kids to Riders level requirements. What should I do?
For Kids to Riders groups, if your child does not have the required minimum level, there is no need to worry: please enrol them in the group that matches their current level. During the season, instructors may adjust group levels according to each child’s progress.
Is equipment provided?
  • Equipment is only provided for cross-country skiing sessions.
  • For all other sessions (skiing, snowboarding, etc.), please bring suitable equipment. 
  • Wearing a helmet is compulsory!
Where is the meeting point?
Please meet us at La Croisette, in front of the esf office, at the corner of the terrace of the restaurant Le Comptoir.
Can I have lunch with the instructor between sessions?
Yes, for full-day lessons, it is possible to have a continuous day by bringing a packed lunch.
I am unable to book my seasonal course. What should I do?
When booking, please make sure you select a stay covering the entire season in order to choose the offer you are looking for.
