At the esf, we want to offer the best possible skiing experience to all our visitors. That's why at Les Menuires we offer handiskiing lessons: lessons specially designed to adapt to the needs of people with disabilities.
Using specially adapted equipment, specialist instructors guide speed enthusiasts of all levels through a memorable skiing session. Between a feeling of freedom and thrills, handiskiing offers an exceptional experience in the heart of the 3 Vallées!
Unlimited skiing sensations with handiskiing
The desire to make skiing accessible to all has recently led to the introduction of disabled skiing courses at the esf. The development of infrastructure, as well as adapted equipment such as wheelchairs, has made it possible for everyone to take part.
At Les Menuires, around fifteen instructors have been trained in the specificities of the discipline. Whether you're looking for stand-up skiing for the visually impaired, blind or one-legged, or sit-skiing for people with reduced mobility or mental disabilities, each of our instructors will ensure that your experience is perfectly adapted to your needs.
Whether you're a seasoned skier or a beginner, you'll love taking in the most beautiful panoramas in the area!

The resort of Les Menuires offers a variety of handiskiing packages to suit all preferences and needs. Whether you opt for a session in a piloted dualski, guided by your instructor, or for a more independent experience in a Snow'Kart or Tempo dualski, you can choose the length of lesson that suits you.
Our handiskiing lessons can be booked by the hour (1h30) or by the day or half-day. This way, you can opt for the most suitable offer to ensure you have an enjoyable outing. For longer stays, we also offer private courses of 6 consecutive days, available in different languages.
The esf will provide you with equipment tailored to your specific needs: you'll need to meet your instructor the day before your session to get it right. On the big day, you'll be able to let yourself be guided around the resort's slopes and enjoy all the fun of skiing!
