ESF Competition course: a boost for ambitious skiers

Are you a competitor at heart and want to move up a gear? Experienced skiers will have the chance to put their skills to the test in Les Menuires with the competition course!
Organised over several days, these courses are the perfect opportunity to come and test your technical skills, but also to measure yourself against other skiers of the same level. As well as taking part in the various tests, you'll get the best advice on how to reach the summits, all in a friendly and dynamic atmosphere.
The competition course, a format for all ages ready to challenge the clock
Whatever your age, once you've reached a certain level on the slopes, you start to crave a challenge. That's why the esf has set up its competition course. Open to adults, teenagers and children at Étoile d'Or level looking for a challenge, it's the perfect opportunity to push your limits!
For 6 days, experienced skiers staying in the resort can train in the same conditions as top-level athletes. Accompanied by an experienced instructor, they will have the opportunity to benefit from expert advice to optimise their skiing technique and achieve their goals.
Young and old competitors will be able to challenge the clock and other students of the same level to test themselves and prepare for the various esf tests (Chamois, Flèche, Fusée, Skier Cross).

Between cross-country training with correction, coaching in the Slalom and Giant Slalom and taking tests, it's the quest for performance that sets the pace for this week of competition. With our experienced instructors, you'll benefit from personalised support, perfect for improving your technique and even winning a medal!

The course runs over three periods during the coming season (01/12/25 to 02/02/26; 08/02/26 to 06/03/26; 29/03/26 to 17/04/26). So take the time to check that it is available during your stay in the resort.
