The torch-lit descent is an unmissable ESF tradition. Every year, the instructors descend the slopes at the end of the day, after dark, carrying torches of light to put on an unforgettable show for young and old alike.
The resort's flagship event will be held on 24 December at Les Bruyères, and will get your New Year's Eve party off to a flying start. You can enjoy a hot chocolate or mulled wine, for a well-deserved moment of cocooning after a day on the slopes!

Santa claus, fireworks, parade: magical entertainment in Les Menuires
While the torchlit descent with the ESF instructors is not to be missed, there are other activities on offer to ensure you have a magical Christmas in Les Menuires. From 5.30pm, you can admire a firework display and marvel at a sound and light show specially designed for the occasion.
The following day, in the Croisette district from 11am, children will have the pleasure of meeting Santa Claus and thanking him for the presents placed under the tree.
