When you start out in a new discipline like freestyle skiing, it's essential to have a safe and stimulating environment in which to practise in the best possible conditions. In the company of our qualified instructors, teenagers have all the keys they need for a quality introduction to freestyle skiing in Les Menuires.
During the Team Rider course, esf instructors use their knowledge and passion to help young skiers aged 13 and over discover freestyle and freeride skiing.
As well as learning the technical basics of this original sport, it's the perfect opportunity for students to push their limits and discover brand new skiing sensations in the company of other passionate teenagers of the same level. A unique and convivial experience!

How does the Team rider course for teenagers work?
The Team Rider course at Les Menuires is open to teenagers aged 13 to 18 with the Étoile d'Or level. For beginners or advanced riders, they can choose the option that suits their experience in the discipline.
The courses take place over full days, so that every student can make the most of the freestyle skiing adventure.
Several sessions are organised throughout the season. Your teenager will be able to enrol during the following periods:

- From 21/12/2025 to 02/01/2026: 9h-12h / 13h30- 6h30
- From 08/02/2026 to 06/03/2026: 9am-12pm / 1.30pm-5pm
- From 29/03/2026 to 17/04/2026: 9am-12pm / 1.30pm-4.30pm
