The Menuires ESF lets you challenge the clock with your friends and family in a regulation ski race. Giant Slalom, Special Slalom or Skiercross, we can help you find the competition that will meet all your expectations this winter.
The Giant Slalom: up to 250 m of vertical drop to test your speed
The Flèche test at the Menuires ESF is a Giant Slalom. A descent lasting around 40 seconds, during which you will have to pass through between 25 and 35 gates, keeping to the set route.
With speed and stability on your feet, this competition promises unique sliding sensations. Your performance will be assessed against the time set by an ESF instructor at the start of the test.
You'll then be able to assess your results more accurately and collect the medal corresponding to the time you achieved, as well as a video of your run down the Slalom. You'll be able to take home a medal for your time, as well as a video of your run down the slalom course, so you'll have some great memories of the day and the chance to test your skills against your friends and family in an official competition.

The Special Slalom corresponds to the Chamois test run by the Menuires ESF. While the vertical drop is smaller this time (from 120 m to 200 m), the number of poles is greater.
Over a shorter distance, you'll have to make short, technical turns to succeed in your challenge and beat the performances of your friends and family.
Once again, your performance will be measured against the ESF instructor's time. Reactivity and alertness will be your watchwords on the piste to get as close as possible to his result and aim for the gold medal! Will you stand out from the crowd and rise to the challenge?

Skiercross: a variety of modules for a real technical challenge
Fans of skicross can also treat themselves to an unprecedented challenge in Les Menuires with the Skiercross competition. Over a 700m-long course, you'll alternate downhill skiing and technical sequences on different modules (tables, whoops, banked turns, etc.) for a sensational challenge.
