Originally from the Bellevilles valley, Jocelyne has been working as a ski instructor with passion for 37 years now, a job she will never get tired of. Due to her unwavering love for skiing, Jocelyne trained herself to become an instructor at the ESF of Menuires, a job which was reaching out to her. Jocelyne first put on skis when she was 6 years old and has never stopped skiing since then. From a family with 9 siblings, competition is not a foreign term to her, which is why she participated in ski competitions for 15 years and stepped many times on regional podiums.
To teach the ski techniques at best, Jocelyne bases her teaching method on the relationship between the student and their instructor, as well as establishing the expectations and skills the student wish to acquire. Being from the resort, Jocelyne is fond of its environment and the atmosphere. For her, the ESF of Menuires conveys significant values such as quality, efficiency, safety, pleasure and conviviality. In addition to working as an instructor, Jocelyne is the manager of a company.
Her best teaching memory is the meeting with her very first students which she now considers close friends after 40 years. Her favorite slope is the Covili.
