Axel started to learn how to ski when he was only 3. Immediately passionate by this thrilling sports and pushed by his competitor spirit, Axel won the title of ESF french champion four times. Having participated to FIS competition, Axel’s favourite discipline is the slalom. When he was a child, Axel often spent his winter holidays in the resort of Les Menuires. He was taught by the instructors of Les Menuires, it was thus logical for him to work for the esf school of this resort. As an instructor, Axel has a very direct pedagogical approach. 

Outside of the ski slopes, his hobbies include paintball games, mountain biking and climbing. During travels for competitions, Axel was able to explore the resorts in Argentina, Chile and Sweden. Within Les Menuires, his favourite slope is the Stade.
