Snowboard lessons adults and juniors (from 8 years old)
A programme adapted to each participant, technical advice while snowboarding for fun. During the week, progress at your own rhythm with the same instructor.
Minimum of 5 participants required for snowboard courses to take place.
In order to obtain maximum benefit from all of the packages on offer, it's important to know your level of snowboarding beforehand.

Snowboard « FREE RIDE » course
08th February 2009 - 07th March 2009 (5 enrollements required before course takes place)
4 hours everyday led by a professional snowboarder. Participants will discover every aspect of free ride: fun park, off-piste, boarder cross, jumps...
Level required: 3rd Snowboard
Ski pass recommended : 3 valley. Helmet recommended.

1st Snowboard
I can link turns on an easy slope. Learning the fakie. Ski pass recommended : Les Menuires
2nd Snowboard
I can link turns on a steep slope and can do a fakie on an easy slope. Ski pass recommended : Les Menuires.
3rd Snowboard
I can link fast turns on al slopes and fakie on intermediate slopes. Starting to freestyle. Ski pass recommended : 3 Valley.
Class 4
I ride off piste, boarder cross and use the snowpark. Ski pass recommended : 3 Valley.
Protection recommended :
helmet, wirst and knee guards, full back protection.
IMPORTANT :
Students are not insured by the ESF. To avoid financial problems resulting from an accident, we strongly advise that you take the Carre Neige Insurance.

RESTAURANT - Closed on saturdays
All children enrolled in ski lessons, up to 12 years old can have lunch in the centre restaurant. They will be supervised after morning lessons have finished until the start of afternoon lessons.
